  I have been a patient for a little over a year and have seen mostly np Julie, but also dr. matuszek. They are both great and I loved both of them during my pregnancy. They are so patient and will answer all of your questions thoroughly. If this review was about the doctors alone, they would both have 5 stars. With that being said they have hands down the WORST front office staff. The women upfront are rude and always have a nasty attitude. Everything they did for you they made sure to let you know how much of a chore it was for them. The front office is the only reason I am no longer a patient there. I wish they would get a new front staff because if they did I would definitely go back.

  Going to the OB is not fun, we're poked, prodded, violated and vulnerable. Being treated disrespectfully and rudely during this already uncomfortable experience, by women, of all people, makes this very unpleasant experience so much worse. Dr. Matuzek was my first OB, I started seeing her in 98 when I was a teen, I finally had enough sense to leave in 2011. The office staff was always rude, they not only talked badly about co-workers and patients within ear shot but also talked about ME, they complained that they had to baby sit me after my vaccine because I might faint! What? I've never gotten that reaction from a nurse when I warn them I might faint. I warn them so they can give me the shot in my hip so I don't see it-then I won't faint, and if I do go down they'll know I'm ok, not that they'd care. As far as Dr. Matuzek goes she is rough, I would be dripping blood after her paps, apparently she's known to be rough. She's not nice either, she's more than willing to yell at you and make you feel as insignificant as her front desk staff does. I did like nurse Julie and I hear Dr. Ott is fantastic. My new OB is phenomenal, he actually gave me a hug after my heartbreaking ultrasound and his ultrasound tech checked in on me to make sure I was ok. I can't fathom going through that experience at this place, I'm so grateful I left when I did. There are great OB's out there with great staff, Dr. Padratzik is the one I was fortunate enough to find.

  I will not be returning to this office as a patient.I really liked the NP Julie ,however some of the front office staff leaves a lot to be desired.I missed an appointment,which I never do intentionally, and called to reschedule.I was honest about the fact that I simply forgot-as a result of my mind being preoccupied due to a family emergency and I apologized.I was told in a very snippy tone that I would be charged a $35 fee.I rescheduled,however I called back today and cancelled after thinking about how I don't want to be a patient in a practice where money is priority over patient service. After reading all the other reviews, it looks like patient service is a big problem in this office. Such a shame for a practice full of women who are supposed to be providing the care and compassion their female patients are deserving of.

  If you have morals please refrain from coming to this office. Stephanie Holland was beyond rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe not. Her attitude and behavior with the way she treated the patient in front of me was horrific. I wanted to step in and tell them how rude they were being. If this office continues to staff employees who like to brag about their sexual encounters while patients are in the office and can HEAR I don't see them getting very far in the business world. Being that my experience was only negative due to one individual I would gladly remove my one star review if that individual is no longer there. Good Luck keeping that one around.
