- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service; deceptive billing process; unfamiliar with American Dental Association recommendations; questionable procedures and results (e.g., if you mistakenly mark that you have a condition on their intake form, they will find that condition -- even if you may not actually have it). Worst ever customer experience at a dental/medical office (which aren't paradigms of great customer service anyway).
