- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star is one too many regarding nurse practitioner: Jennifer. I had xray done, as told by office. Made an appointment when finished. She ask me who told me to get an xray? The office staff! I had open wounds on 2 toes and what I thought was a fracture, also communicated to her I was in pain. She said I had a soft tissue injury. Recommended ibuprofen, ice, wound culture and antibiotic. Didn't even ask when my last tetanus shot was! I have Lou Gehrig's disease and am unable to speak clearly. I had write on/wipe off board with me to communicate. That woman spoke to my friend who drove me to office! I may not be able to articulate but I can hear and think quite clearly! The following day she must have mis-dialed and couldn't get me by phone so she called my emergency contact. My toe is fractured! My son is my emergency contact. I hadn't told him what a horrible experience I had in the office. He said she was "scatter brained" and "over her head" when he spoke to her. What a shame. Boonslick medical use to have a great reputation. I would not recommend them ever again!February 13, 2017by Cathy Blum
